As a longtime resident (4 years), I can tell you how professional the current staff is (now Pinnacle). They are friendly, attentive, and find quick solutions to problems. Recently, they helped me move to a bigger place, and it was all quick and easy. Maintenance is fast and very polite. The interior of my one bedroom is really beautiful...great looking fixtures and layout, and a wonderful closet. The carpet is upgraded from the kind the former owners used...it looks nicer and should last much longer....Still a fun place to live. Every problem I ever encountered over the years were exactly the same types of things that occur at every other apt I've lived in...the difference is, the current office staff takes quick action...Thanks guys! 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn

I agree that they take care of things fast, but I wish we could change apartments .. but they charge a large fee to change, and then we would have to also pay movers to help us. we live by the pool which gets noisy during warm weather. and the parking gargae noise is loud also. we would love one with a real balcony, better carpet, and less noise, but cannot afford the large fee to change before our lease is up.
