I started off in Phase 1... it flooded... I moved to phase 2... low and behold it flooded. Maintenance NEVER fixed the issue and then it rained again while my fiancee and I were at work. Our couch was soaking when we got home and had it been an inch to the left it would have fried my laptop which was sitting on and edge of the couch. Maintenance only fixed it after I sent a letter via certified mail. AND then when they did come in, the painters didn't cover my couch and now not only does it have slight water damage but it has paint on it that the management office WON'T FIX. While in here they were going through our stuff, our drawers had been gone through and stuff was missing from our apartment and the Property Manager accused us of lying.
I finally took it to the regional manager and stuff kind of got done. still took them over 3 weeks to fix all the damage and even then they messed up all our personal belongings. this place is a WASTE of money. On top of the problems on the inside the surrounding area is the worse in Plano. The trash from the area climbs the fense to the pool during the summer and it is full of cracked out trash from the dart rail. The noise in the morning is not worth it if you have to get up early because the windows are so thin you can hear everything.
this is a cheap complex with a horrible staff. I beat around the bush about a lawyer and I of my lease. I found a MUCH nice place down the road for a MUCH better price.

I don't like the staff sometimes, they sometimes don't want to answer my questions.

I have also had an issue with my personal belongings being rummaged through. When I brought it up they said there was no way it would be their staff and got very defensive. My neighbor has storage space and she had stuff missing from her space but who ever did was nice to lock the deadbolt afterwards. Only the management and her had a key...needless to say she has changed the lock and refuses to give management a key.
