THE BUILDING IS GREAT. THE LOCATION IS GOOD. BUT WHAT THEY DON'T TELL YOU, IS THAT THE PHASE ONE IS PART OF A PARTY ROOM RENTAL. THERE IS A PARTY EVERY W/END IN THE SPRING. VERY LOUD!!!! THERE IS ALSO A PROBLEM WITH TEENS ROAMING THE HALLS AND PARKING LOTS STARTING TROUBLE. PHASE 1 SHOULD BE SOLD OR CLOSED. THE OFFICE STAFF PICK AND CHOOSE WHO THEY WILL LET LIVE IN THE NICER PHASE TWO APARTMENTS. LAST SPRING THERE WAS A HUGE PROBLEM WITH RATS. NOT MICE, BUT HUGE RATS. I WOULD NOT LIKE ANYONE I CARE ABOUT LIVING IN PHASE ONE.

I live in Phase II, and have never had any of these issues. I rarely hear neighbors. The only place I notice beer cans, etc., is the trash. In response to the last response, when you rent a place with a patio you must maintain it yourself. Sorry if your neighbors aren't considerate, but I would bet you have not spoken with them nicely and gotten to know them - friendly behavior and respect tend to attract the same in return. If you aren't willing to improve relations with your neighbors and accept responsibility for your life, it won't matter where you live - you will be miserable anyway.

Phase II is not much better my friend. I am one of the "lucky ones" with a HUGE patio.. too bad my neighbors uptop party all the time and throw their empty beer cans and cigerettes in it. Not to mention it is merely full of weeds, we tease and call our dog a little VC becuase it looks like he is playing in the jungle out there. Not to mention the terrible leak problems in Phase II... our entire hall had flooding when those bad storms came through and it took them WEEKS to fix it.

Oh man, sound aweful... I haven't had experience with those above problem yet. But I am facing with a horrible problem is the staff lost my pay check to them, now they told they don't know where it is or shoud be in someone's account, the account showed up I haven't paid yet. The staff asked me check with the bank , if my check hasnt been cleared yet, I have to write another check... WOW... sound funny to me. I did pay, they are supposed to keep the check carefully, not lose it and ask me write it again. I don't care phase I or phase II, I just want a good place, a nice place to stay, I don't want to have any troubles with neighbor or staff.

I don't have a noise problem with phase I, but I agree that the staff couldn't care less about us. I've had nothing but problems since pennacle took over the management.
