The customer service is horrible. I had 2 floods in my apt took them 2 weeks to fix. There is always party's, fire trucks and live bands all the time. !loud noise! The garage is unsafe; vehicles are contently being broken into. The apt people just say its not there fault. THE ELETRIC BILL IS HIGH! They make you get there own renter insurance' mmmmm strange to me.. The pools smell like piss and so does some of the walk ways and stairs. ELVATORS ARE ALLWAYS BROKEN!

Liar, liar pants on fire...I have lived in both Phases and never witnessed any of your complaints........could it be that you haven't paid your rent yet?!!!!!!!!! Oh and use spell check next time....LOL. ( : You, I'm sure are a good person, however. Peace.

I am right there with you. I am right behind so Kelly's I hear all the live bands from there. I knew that when I moved in. But I did not sign up for the loud parties that are being held here. The safety here SUCKS. People let there dogs ---- and piss in the garage and they never clean it up. Have complained more times than I can count. I have even wrote notes. I have even found crack pipes left behind in some of the walkways. Is that safe for children? I have lived here for 5 years and I moving out the end of August. It couldn't come at a better time. The office needs not quit giving such goods deals so we don't get all this rick rack moving in.

Not going to lie, the electric bill is entirely your responsibility. The water heater is electric, so you don't have to pay a gas bill, but that means if you're taking long showers, constantly running your dishwasher, etc., your electric bill will shoot up. That has nothing to do with the apartment, that's you. The apartments themselves are well-insulated, so it's not the A/C that's running up your bill. I've honestly never witnessed a car break-in myself, but since you're complaining about fighting for spaces with downtown traffic, I assume you're not parking in the gated portion of the garage. Once again, who's fault is that? The elevators are broken? Stop being lazy and walk. If you're elderly or handicapped, you should be on the first floor anyway. If not, get over it. Sounds to me like you really just want to complain about something that is not nearly as bad as you make it seem, especially since I've never had any of these problems.
