I moved in about a month and a half ago, and NO ONE said anything about a "Party Room" across the hall! You can not get to it in my hall, it's on the outside of the building. But I am on the first floor and the room is across the hall! There are loud parties in there every week, it seems a biker club meets there (along with their loud bikes that they leave running with loud exhausts) and a LOUD CHURCH on Sunday mornings with a guy that uses a microphone that can be heard from a mile away!

My experience has been much different. Some of the girls are young but they have always responded to my needs/concerns, or have directed me to someone who could.

I live at this community and those girls in the office are always friendly when I go in there. I don't agree with your review because I have a few friends that live here as well. Those girls are not dumb by any means. This is one of the best places that I have lived at.

I know what you are talking about. They have no clue and unless the manager is around you dont get an answer. I waited for 2 weeks for an answer about my lease because the manager was out and everytime I called or stopped by I had to retell the whole story. Needless to say if I had the time to move I would.

i have never had any problem getting an answer from anyone. maybe you are just asking outrageous questions.. and i have not experianced any party room though the fire department trucks do piss me off...
