It's OK to defile the hallways here

On Tuesday night, August 18 someone with a large incontinent dog let the animal relieve itself in front of Apartment #179 in phase 1, leaving a puddle the size of a beach towel in the hallway in front that unit and in front of a frequently used staircase. The same dog has been relieving itself all over the gated entrance nearest to that unit too. The next morning, the big puddle of urine had morphed into a sticky looking stain about the same size. I have photos of it if any would like to see them.
I reported this to Kimberly in the office. She said, "Thank you for letting us know." 24 hours later, when I came home from work, the big stain is still there. The urine all over the entrance way is still there. There are no new signs saying to not let your dog do this if you are responsible for it. It's Thursday. I call again. I am in a automated system that does not give the option to talk to a service representative. Conclusion: "Thank you for letting us know" does not mean "we're going to do something about that." Urine can make people sick. This place has rents in excess of $900 for some 1 Bedroom units. You can make the cost to value ratio to determine if you get your dollar's worth here.

I dislike the restrictions on cable and phone service. As far as I was told, I can only get TV and internet through AT&T, who REQUIRES you to have a phone line if you want certain options. That was definitely something I wish I'd known before signing.
