this is the 2nd apt i have had here and it will be the last. the first apt the heater didnt work from the start. The freezer didnt stay cold so all my food in it went bad so with no recipt the office didnt care. I could hear the people above me walking around throughout the day on the weekends. On move out of the first apt the apt manager Zodi told me that my carpet had a few spots that had to be cleaned and around my couch was wear and tear and would not be charged. before i moved out i shampood the carpets myself and they look really good, all those spots she mentioned were gone. but they charged my for a deep clean anyway and staings anyways. whn i asked Zodi, she told me all she said was since you have a cat i cant quote you on your carpets. BS. on to the 2nd apt. once again the heater didnt work from the start. the dryer that came with the apt doesnt work. it takes 2 cycles and then MOST of the clothes are dry. they looked at the dryer 3 times saying it works fine but if it works fine why cant it dry some bed sheets in one cycle''''' so once my lease is up im outa this damn place, plus it isnt worth the money they ask. FYI take pics to prove what you clean cause i forgot to and got charged to clean my already cleaned carpets

i agree. I moved in December 2008 and our washer and dryer, refidgerator and dishwasher were all broken!! They only replaced our refridgerator and fixed our disposal which also didn't work. My apartment is $1210 a month and hardly seems worth it!

Ok..well first off..if you have problems..they fix them. I have never had a problem they didnt fix either that day...or within a few days. EVERY place is going to have problems. PERIOD! We love it here...so dont let little things like that bother you. We also had to pay a pet deposit..which our cat tore the corners of the carpet. I think we are going to have to pay $120 or something to have it cleaned..BIG DEAL! lol Dont grip about little things and try to make these apartments seem less than they are. This is a great place to live...even with the problems. IT IS SAFE AND CLEAN! More than you can say for alot of other places...
