I am very disappointed with my experience with Eastside Village Apartments. I signed a 6 month lease with Eastside Village last Fall. Before I signed the lease, I've already informed them that I'd move out by the end of the lease for sure. They still charged me almost $600 and claimed that I didn't give them a move out notice. I am very disappointed with their service and they definitely do not concern about their clients as much as you should have. If I ever need to look for an apartment in the same area, I would not choose to live there again. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd

I agree! The office staff never seems to know what is going on! I have to leave at least 4 different messages with the same person, and still no one acts like they know anything. I have been here at least 6 months, and still they do not know when the call boxes will be fixed. My phone number was never programed because they say they are broken, so no one can call when they need let in. (food deliveries, or friends)
