so far everything is great with my apartment, i moved in in december and i couldn't have chosen a better place. my neighbors are great and i can just walk everywhere. i came from dallas and i am so glad that i am right by the dart rail so i can go and visit my family and friends.

I moved here in April of this year. My balcony faces the pool in the building closest to the train. EVERYDAY at all hours of the day at the pool, it sounds like a club/party with a bunch of people drinking and smoking at the pool. The techno music is SO loud. And kids are trying to swim and I feel sorry for them having to hear all the cursing, and dogs running and playing in the pool. I don't mind people having a good time, but the LOUD music has got to go! And it really doesn't make me feel very safe that when I look out my balcony, there is some homeless guy that sleeps on the chairs by the pool. I have seen him there every couple of nights during the week. We have reported him several times and cops just walk him off the property.

This review sounds a little too good to be true. It certainly has the tinge of a management penned review.
