I lived in the apartment when it was Lincoln Properties ( for approximately 5 years total) and it was amazing and customer service was perfect. Once Pinnacle Properties took over the service was horrible, maintenance was awful and there was always a lengthy resolution to any issue. I would not recommend living here as the apartments are way overpriced as well. I have since moved to Addison into another apartment with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, Berber carpet and wonderful service for less then the eastside village. I love the Downtown Plano area but would not recommend the eastside village. Please read the reviews and even talk to the small businesses located in the apartment complex. This place is horrible and not worth the cost.

Everyone seems to be saying the same thing. When Pinnacle took over the property in 2007, everything went to hell in a hand basket. Folks, this place simply isn't worth your time or money.
