With the economy like it is I was having trouble making ends meet so each month I was getting a late notice on my door, once I even had an eviction notice on my door. I was embarrased but I decided that it was time to go talk with the office. When I walked in I was pointed back to a guy who sits in the front. I told him about my situation and he worked out a deal with me. I don't agree with half of these reveiws- all I had to do was talk to someone. How are they supposed to know you are not happy with something, or need a little more time, unless we tell them' 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C

I appreciate your situation and appears that management was helpful. However, I did speak to management several times; actually I had to follow up with them all the time. They are horrible, especially the manager Zodie Ragsdale. Glad to see things worked out for you.

Agreed that Zodie is a horrible person to deal with. The corporate office should find a new manager. 2 of the employees are helpful, the other 2 are flatout jerks

The corporate people make the leasing office impotent. They don't let the onsite management do what is necessary to make the property nice such as repainting the parking garages with spots that real cars actually fit in and keeping contracts with crappy service providers like AT&T Home Entertainment and Ygnition. I'm not defending anything the front office management has or has not done, but if you thought they were dismissive you haven't experienced anything until you've tried to contact Pinnacle, the managing company. The only contact info they have is for their marketing dept. Check it out for yourself at www.pinnacleams.com and see if you can get a hold of anybody there. The manager for the region's name in Kin Oldham. He does not return e-mails, phone calls, or written correspondence. Their absent leadership has just as much impact on the property as anyone in the office.
