I have been living at Eastside Village Apts for over 7 years. Presently, I'm working for my mother at her company at her request in exchange for my bills to be paid.

Several months ago my mother had a heart-attack. Fortunately, I was there to witness that and called 911. She was rushed to the hospital and had to have an operation.

In the meantime, the rent was about due. I went to the office and spoke with the manager Zeody. A relatively new manager here. I informed her of what happened with my mother and let her know my mother signs the checks. And she simply said "I guess we will just have to evict you." I was like.. "What' I've lived here over 7 years. I've never had a problem paying the rent. Why would you say something like that'"

She just looked at me dumbfounded, flipped her hair like a teenager and walked back into her office. I turned and just walked out of the office wondering what planet she came from. And why Pinnacle (The management Co.) would hire such an ignorant twit like that to deal with human beings.

As previously mentioned, I have lived here over 7 years, trust me, I have seen management company's come and go here.. along with managers. I can tell you this, I have never in all the years I've been living here, dealt with such an unprofessional, disrespectful and insulting manager. And I'm sure I'm not the only person she communicates to like that, no doubt.

Personally, I think Zeody would serve the world more if she were working in an office alone.. somewhere in front of a computer with no reason to interact with humans. Just her and a machine.

As long as Zeody is manager, I would never recommend this property to anyone. Not one person. Not ever!
