Love It Here! From: patrtexas Date posted: 10/8/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   Moved in late August 2007. Complex is very nice. Still not full, so parking is great, not a lot of traffic or noise, great views of the golf course, nice grassy areas for walking pets. Love that they provide pet pickup stations around property, making it very easy for pet owners to do the responsible thing and pick up after pets. Complex has already had 3 parties since I moved in. Great amenities like fitness center, tanning beds, media room, hot tub, pool, business center, all very nice to use. Staff is outstanding with personal treatment and very friendly. Make you feel at home. Maintenance requests are responded to very quickly. When mail delivers a package, they leave a note in mailbox. Nicely lit parking lots so I don't have a problem walking in early mornings or evenings. They have a safety captain that lives in the complex that checks things out. Very spacious units. Will have construction starting soon in the back of the complex, so that might cause some congestion. Would like to see a recycling program, to maybe have some recycling areas set up for people to use if desired.
