I would like to first and foremost say, I myself love this aparmtent community. Never have I lived somewhere that the people in the office acutally care about each and every resident. I have never had a problem or maintenence issue that wasn't taken care of immediately. It's unfortunate that people want to come on here and "gripe" just because something didn't go "their way". People want to complain when they are in the wrong, I have no reason to believe that ANYONE at this property was intentionally rude, or inconsiderate. They have a job to do, and if everyone else does their part, then there should be not problem. Yes, unfortunately I can't always have my package delivered because it may be too big, guess what'' THERE ARE WAYS TO GET AROUND THIS!! I have lived here for about 9 months now, and wouldn't change a thing! Keep it up guys, there are many of us residents who appreciate each and every thing you guys do for us! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

Trust me the simplest of things always seem to be an issue with this manager and asst.manager and I truly feel that a little more consideration and responding to questions with a little more couth would serve everyone better! I would not waste my time coming on here to "gripe" if there was not a serious problem. Honestly everyone has a bad day... but for me to get the same response from them time and time again, leads me to believe they don’t really care about the people who live here and have no respect for me if they can talk to me in such a rude manner
