Office staff difficult to work with

Along with someone else's review about the office staff. . .the assistant manager, Lisa is very rude and difficult to work with. Packages seem to be an issue. I work during office hours and asked my girlfriend to pick one up. They were very rude to her, and would not release it even with my permission. I was unable to give my daughter her birthday gift on her birthday because of this. On a different subject, the walls are VERY thin!

We are very disappointed when anyone gets a negative impression when visiting our office. However, we do not release packages to anyone that is not an "authorized occupant" on the lease "unless" we have "written permission from the authorized occupant in the file and for that specific package. Accepting resident packages is a courtesy and a service offered "at the discretion of the office"; All packages accepted must be signed-in by the delivery or postal service or they will not be accepted into our office. Likewise all packages have to be signed for by the recipient "on the package" and that recipient has to be an "authorized occupant". The same applies when allowing access to anyone entering through our gates to access our property/ or a unit on the property; It only occurs with written (pte) permission-to-enter.
Those are community policies and to protect our residents and "authorized occupants" of our community, our Property and Community-at-large.
