Estancia at Ridgeview Ranch

I love this place From: texasteacher98 Date posted: 1/16/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   I moved in here and September and I have been so happy. I had a few maintenance issues when I first moved in, but it was a brand new apartment and things hadn't been used yet. When I let the office staff know, the problems were fixed immediately. One of my favorite parts about Estancia is the office staff. I have lived in many apartment complexes over the years and I have never met a better leasing staff. They seem to know everyone by name and take an interest in their residents. The construction stinks but it is not permanent. It is something that I can live with. I have never been so happy with an apartment complex than I am with this one.
