Not a resident at this facility, checked it out and was not very impressed with the office staff, the manager is pretty rude and so is the assistant, definately not very good Customer service skills.

I'm sorry that you guys had a bad experience. I personally think this is the best and most attentive office staff out of any apartment I have ever lived in.

Rude and non caring would be more like it. Let's tact in the manager as the "most" rude.

I agree. My neighbors and I have had the worst expierience with the manager and assistant manager. There should be a law.. to be paying these people with such awful attitudes
