Estancia at Ridgeview Ranch

Nice Place to live From: piscesprincess78@gmail.com Date posted: 1/30/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   Estancia is a nice place to live. I've read other comments on the site and some are shocking and some are not. I do agree with the walls being to thin. I hear my neighbors everytime they are making whoopi and fighting. The only issue I've had is when I received a phone call about a child throwing eggs and I was questioned about my 8 year old son. I was told not to take it personally but how can you not take it personally' I was fuming hot behind that especially when I was told that the people in the townhomes where getting a security camera. UH who cares'! This is the first place that I've stayed where the neighbors SPEAK! My neighbors in building 2 are GREAT. They play with my son and they are pleasant people to be around. If I have question Doug answers them quickly and honestly. You have to love him for that. Doug has a welcoming spirit and a great sense of humor. He is the GO TO Guy if you need anything done. Smooches Love BABE!
