Moving in, in a week!

I would just like to say that I am moving into the Estancia in one week from today and I could not be more excited about! My husband and I visited ALOT of complexes as well because we too have a long list of criteria. We have lived in many dumps and even been scammed by some places. We were determined to make sure the next place was somewhere we loved, could afford, and would want to stay at past our lease. We always move when a lease is up and I really wanted to find a place that would really serve as our home for awhile. We have a 20 month old little girl and feel the Estancia is not only a beautiful place to be, but extremely safe as well and that is really important. I also agree with all the comments on Doug. He has been nothing but super to us for the last month with all his help in getting us the apartment we wanted. Anything we bug him for, he takes care of and I really feel he is looking out for our best interest and cares. He's great! We can't wait to be a part of the community. I plan on posting a "real" review once we move in, and I sure hope to never become disappointed with this place!
