Yes the apartments are beautiful, but you sure as hell pay for it. They are very nice looking, and the only problems i've had are due them being brand new. to confirm what has been said in previous complaints, the manager is pretty awful. she has a very condescending tone about her, and will sometimes flat out argue with you if you have a complaint. however, all the other office staff have been very nice, including Doug, Lisa, and Julia. My biggest compliant is in regards to the new construction. First, i rent this apartment because of certain amenities such as the trash compactor and car wash. Residents have not been compensated for the inconvenience of construction, after we had been told that we would be compensated in some way. Also, we were told that the construction would include some additional amenities for the residents like an additional pool, volleyball court, or basketball court. So far, the office has not bothered to let us know what is being built, but it looks like they are just building more apartments(of course, as this allows them to make more money). Residents are cannot even take a walk any more. Instead of seeing the beautiful buildings and scenery, we see ugly blue dumpsters, fences, and construction trucks, while our cars get flat tires from driving on nails as a result of the work being done. The least they could have done was be straight with residents about what was going to occur and compensate accordingly. Perhaps provide $15 gift cards to car washes. Other problems: no one picks up after their dogs! this is obviously not managements fault, but as much as we pay perhaps someone could clean up the grounds every once in a while. They need to install more doggy poop trash cans, and change them out more frequently. Walls are like paper! i know exactly when my upstairs neighbor uses the f-ing bathroom. Not something i wanna know! Also, I have discovered that the people above her can hear her too! We can hear everybody, from the drunken teenagers living on either side of me, to the loud ass upstairs. The carpet is cheap! The carpet in my apartment is tearing up from the edges were it meets the tile, and the carpet has worn down considerably since we moved in just 10 months ago. The mail! Our mail box is often open. nuff said about that. Keep in mind that i have filed complaints about all of these things. Nobody ever called me back about the loud lady supstairs, the loud teenagers were dealt with promptly but the problem continues, the mail man has improved, the carpet has been repaired but the problem is so bad that it persists and will no doubt have to be paid for by me. Overall, they are not worth the money unless you just make a shitload of it. You can probably get better quality for less money. Needless to say, we will not be renewing.

I must live in different apartments than you do!!! The property is well maintained, several maintenance people pick-up poop, trash and sweep it on an ongoing basis. (Although some of my neighbors obviously don't). My breezeway has even been swept and powerwashed 3 times since I first moved in; and they inspect my apartment inside and do preventative mainenance every 3 months, since the first month I moved in; That's even without me calling in a request for a repair! I'm amazed! I've lived in apartments for years and that kind of service is just unheard of!
I live in the back near the construction area and got several letters from the office manager letting me know that the construction was going to start and that the city was making them put up a construction fence (it is chain-link) and what all was going to be blocked off due to the citys requirements. The office has said that the construction side is closed off from the rest of the place for safety reasons! Which I appreciate since I have a small child. Also they opened up the covered parking by several buildings back here to make sure there's addtional spaces for parking. I don't like the dumpsters either, but you have to put your trash someplace until the construction is over! The property is the cleanest I've ever lived at until the dumpsters are dumped then, the grounds guy is out there picking up trash thats blown out from the haulers. Half of the place fronts the golf course and theres a small park-like area that belongs to the property for the residents so theres plenty of places to walk. There's great views, and nice scenery without the construction area to look at, but you have to get outside and walk, to find it. The picnic gazebo and the sitting area with tables, couches, and chairs (that small bar area) is nice too, my neighbors and I have sat out there talking many evenings (with or without a glass of wine)
I personally have been treated very nicely by all the office staff including the manager, no problems here, with any of the staff. But then I've been pretty nice to all of them myself. I have made appointments to speak with the manager, in person, when the office staff did not have all the answers I needed. So far we got everything worked out to my satisfaction. I've lived here for nearly 13 months and oddly, my carpet is still like new, but then again I take care of it too. After the office hours my noise complaint was handled by the courtesy officer; Thankfully, I've only had one noise complaint, when this poor dog was barking and barking, because some idiot left the thing locked out on their balcony! I was up for renewal and have already renewed for another 14 months; With the New Phase, New pool, New Spa, and Pavillion, and playing field, my little boy is going to have a blast! I heard rumour there's going to be a dog park too, but I think all that stuff is up to their developer. Guess I'll wait to see when they find out.

yes there will be a dog park too. and the playing field is supposed to be some sort of soccer field, which is really great for kids. At least this apartment complex doesn't have a volleyball court, if that previous complainer wanted to ----- about noisy teenagers,...volleyball courts are like college party people magnets! I also have a baby, and i am glad that we picked these nice beautiful apartments. The construction is supposed to be completely over by november
