So my fiance and I have been here 2 months now and still very much like it, the management is friendly and doesn't come into your apartment without permission like at our old place. There's alot more parking close to the apartment, It would be nice if maybe there were some assigned, but otherwise I have no gripes about it. The noise level is great, we can't hear our neighbors, and from what I've heard form talking ot htem, they can't hear us. The grounds themselves are nicely kept, and the grounds crews are nice enough to only do the momwing and loud work in the late afternoon so they don't wake those who work night shifts. Lighting is pretty good at night, the layout does make each set of apartments feel like its autonomous from the rest of the complex, but I actually like that. The shrubs are well kept and don't infringe on walkways, and really, its the best lighting we could have without making it anoying for people sleeping at night. The fixtures are well kept and everything is nice, the only issue I have is a few places where the floor dips, but these spots are very few, and the dip is only noticible when you step on it because its only a few centimeters. We haven't had to call maintenance except for once, but they were prompt and fixed the problem the first time. The office staff is very friendly even now that we've moved in, they seem to go out of their way to make sure we don't need anything as far as mainenance work. As a nice bonus, unlike our previous apartment, we actually receive a bill for our rent and water, before its due, which is very nice.
