I've been at the Fairway for almost a year and there isn't too much to complain about. I think the office staff are nice but sometimes forgetful (as others complained about maintanence requests not getting through)and the maintanence itself could use improvement, depending on the project.

Our apartment did have an ant problem temporarily. I had pest control come 3 times. The guy could never find the nest outside so they kept coming back but eventually they stopped showing up.

I think the grounds are nice and well kept up and I haven't had any problems with noise (in the upstairs apartment anyway) or with suspicious strangers. Overall, I'd say try it out with a short lease and stay longer if you like it. We just renewed ours for another year.
