i pay a bit for this place and at first my first apartment was great ! then they booted me to another place which was a bungalow for the same price. ok fine but the place look like ass.. poorly painted ..everything looks like a half ass fix job and the dishwasher dont clean properly and the toilets constantly almost on a bi monthly bases get clogged up.

Crappy insulation therefore electric bill will run you real high in summer and winter cuz cant keep it warm enough or cant keep it cool enough.
