pretty decent good price From: smiley10 Date posted: 4/1/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007 4 photos   lived here for 9 mos, maintenance is good (and friendly). i have 1200 sq ft for $850/mo. that's great considering most cheap apts let the rifraf(my polite term) in. Usually quiet, friendly neighbors and staff. They just built a playground, and they even have dogpoo stations for residents to clean their own mess. Some don't t of course, but the maint staff cleans up the grounds every morn so its not bad. I think these apts got new management in the past year or so (not sure) so i think the complaints were with the old mgmt
