When we first moved there our agent was extremely nice. He was the best agent I have ever dealt with but he left so after our move. They couldn't seem to keep office staff. Some of them were rude. We had a roach problem twice. I'm a neat freak. OCD type neat freak so it had to have been a local problem. Two days after we moved in there was about hundred ants near our fireplace. All we had in the house was clothes and an air mattress at the time. Wierd. Our bank deposited my fiance's check in the wrong account which caused a bounced check for rent. We notified them before it bounced and they said they would monitor it. Yet they would still charge us all the late fees and whatnot. Well when it happened we didn't find out until TWO WEEKS after rent was paid. We the notice was put on the door the agent said she had been meaning to give us it for TWO DAYS! Thats a total bs move. Luckily the bank paid all the charges since it was there fault. It was about two hundred dollars in fines. Not to mention could never use a check. That was understandable though. We had to get our toliet fixed at least 5 times I can remember. It was always running, the handle broke and at one point the was a leak. Then when my ex and I split, I signed that dang paper and was told I was no longer finacially tied to the place. Well about 5 months later when he told me he was breaking the lease, he mentioned that according to them it would come back to bite me as well. The freaking manager was the one who told both of us the day I moved out that I couldn't be charged for nothing. I'm trying to get another apartment now and they tell me that! What crap! So she said he could sign this paper saying he would take full responsibility for everything and it MIGHT help. Oh and our walk way light as well as the porch area lights never seem to work. Thats the bad.....here is the good.

I really like two of the agents they had. They CARES team are wonderful people. Always throwing some kind of get together. Our neighbors were really friendly. The pool was always clean. It was a really great location...occasional sirens from the hospital next door. Seemed to be a safe enviroment. Nice playground area (though I found it strange to not have swings). It was a pretty nice looking apartment for the price. All in all it wasn't that bad of a living experience until the last few months I was there.
