The apartments are nice on the inside and i loved the floor plan of my 1bed/1bath apt. There were several maintenance problems when we moved in and not all of them were fixed. Because it's an older complex there are foundation issues. When i moved in the front door opened fine but now it's difficult to get it shut sometimes and there are cracks in the batchroom tile and ceiling. I also had major insect problems. The spiders never went away even after i had the pest control visit several times and sprayed myself. There was an awful bee problem in my back patio that wasn't handled for about 3 weeks and after that the stench of the pestcides they used stayed even longer. And if you want something done from the front office you have to nag at them constantly.
