I lived at Fox Trails from 98 to 2000, and All I can say is renter BEWARE!!!. This management team hates confrontations with problems, they like to come at you with two at a time. Not to help you, but to let you know how muck they want to push you out the door and not fix the issues at hand. Issues
meaning, repairs, noise problems, rodents,apt falling apart, ants, pre-soiled carpets. I would recommend this apartment to nobody, the only positive feedback you are seeing on this site, is from management only. Previously to moving out of my complex, I spoke to many residents as well as the maintenance crew. This is how they treat the workers they hire. If you want poor living, sour management, and mold, and insect infested apartments. Welcome to Fox Trails.
