i lived here for less that a year, and hated every day. i dreaded coming home to my broke-down apartment. the staff in the office, susan especially, are rude and bitchy. the only nice person that works there is the older lady, fran. thanks to fox trails, i lived with spiders and roaches for six months, a large crack in my wall, a broken disposal, and an enormous utility bill. you guys are great!...NOT.
