I am currently a tenant at this complex. If I'd read all this negative stuff before I moved in--I would've ran for my life. Currently I have a moth infestation that I can't get rid of. There is actually a lot of foundation problems, scratches and scars on the walls that I'm afraid I'll be responsible for after I've moved. One reviewer mentioned the numerous forms to sign when you move in. Ditto! The mgmt. staff has been pretty nice, Fran is the best. I cannot wait for my lease to be up to get out of here. I'll probably end up hiring an attorney to represent myself in the event I get stuck with thousands in damages. Sorry that I didn't investigate more.
