Fox Trails Apartments

From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/14/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   I don't know why someone would put yes to living in this place called "Hell." From the fist day I moved here I should have known it was a mistake. Where should I start. First the apartment was not clean. I had to clean it after I had been moving all day. I mean for goodness sakes there were still crumbs and food in the cabinets. I then turned in the sheet to explain what was wrong with the apartment and the only thing to get fixed (two months later) was the dishwasher. I have had them come out five times to look at the air and I guess they dont fix it the correct way since they have been out five times. I did not have electricity in my apartment on the coldest day of the year, and insted of keeping me updated and informed they left me to sit in my apartment with no heat or nothing to do with ice and snow on the ground outside until 8:30pm. The boiler in this place sucks. We have had to take cold showers on three different occasions. This last time it was almost a full week of cold showers. The managment in this place is the worst I have even seen. One good thing about the office staff is they can come up with any excuse you cab think of. So if you need an excuse for something call the good folks here at fox trails I'm sure they would love to help. Oh yeah the trash and grounds are always dirty..They need the trash company to come out more often no one wants to see that nasty stuff.
