great staff...quiet atmosphere...but aged

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
$570 was a 13 month lease when I went month to month for two months it went up to $745! Also, 60 day notice is a must. Additionally, after 13 months of on time payments a new 13 month lease still would go up 15 dollars.' Very friendly staff...very quiet neighbors...no street noise
