I've lived here since 2003-2004 and loved it. The management team was the best - very caring, loved the residents and took care of things as soon as possible. BUT, since the new management has taken over, it's been HORRIBLE!!!! They don't answer the phone during business hours. There may be a possibility they're out on property, BUT ALL THE TIME''''
THE FITNESS CENTER - a total disaster. The code is constantly changing due to vandalism. But changing the code doesn't help - the residents can give the code to family members. The TV doesn't work.
MAINTENANCE CALLS - Not the best in the world.
FRIENDLINESS OF STAFF - They don't know what the word means. Before they took over, you could always feel comfortable going in and just talking to the staff. They were considered family.
WATER BILL - Has gone up tremendously.
NEWSPAPER - Well, it was nice to get a free newspaper, but that's gone as well.
SO I WILL BE DEFINITELY MOVING AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.
