Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005
I never viewed the property until after I signed my lease (relocation) but trusted the nice voices over the phone. Although the buildings/units are very old, the staff, neighbors, and area can't be beat. The interesting thing is what manangement will offer some tenants but not others (i.e. choice in color of accent walls, microwave, nice fixtures etc). They are always accomdating yet it seems some unpleasant tenants have been moving in. I have been here 3 years and will not move until I purchase a home.
