My wife and I have been tennants here since 1999. We have had numerous problems with our bathroom, no water ,especially in 2005. There has been no water here three times in the last six weeks. We have requested maintainance numerous times to no avail. Someone has been asleep at the wheel. Sometimes it takes a while for things to get done. Maintainance crew is lousy. Customer service is lousy. Also had problem with landlord over satellite dish after my apartment is painted. Also quiet hours were inforced. I have not had quiet hours since I was in college. Overall, were fed up. Thank you, a unhappy tennant.

Quiet hours being enforced is an upside. If you have a problem with it, then you are probably the reason they have to be enforced.

I agree with the quite hours. As far as the water goes, we have had a few problems, however they were usually fixed within a few hours of the problem being reported. Maintance has always responded well for use.
