i have lived here for two years now and love my apartment. the management staff is pretty helpful and anytime i call maintance always comes out the same day. as a twenty-something living on my own, i feel safe and comfortable in this rather quiet neighborhood. only downsides is the park behind the apartments, with bright lights on weeknights for soccer/baseball games, extra traffic at dog park on nice days. also, we pay water separately, but if you want you can send payment to office staff. ive done this twice now and both times they havent posted it to my account, and i get a note telling me it is past due. so i wouldnt recommend doing that. other than that, i enjoy fox trails.
