I moved into Fox Trail Apts in 2005 and never had a complaint about the complex, office staff, noise level, or maintenance until the new company (Park at Fox Trails) took over in Feb. 2007. Since then, this complex has gone downhill fast. The office is always closed and the few times it is open there is never an office staff present. Plus they never answer the office phone. I've inquired about some of the amenities and even though they said there were going to be no changes, the new owners seemed to have gotten rid of everything, from movie rentals to free newspapers. It may not have been as bad had they not lied to me. Not to mention they lied about not receiving my notice to vacate letter even though I faxed them a copy, emailed them a copy, and also dropped one in their night drop box. When my new complex inquired about receiving my residence verification, they said their fax machine was out of ink cartridge which is the same excuse they gave me over a month ago when I faxed my notice to vacate. I am so disappointed in the new management and am so glad I'm getting out fast. I wish I could say I'm making this stuff up but I'm not. For those of you interested in moving into this complex, I just have two words to say....Good Luck!

They lied to you about not receiving your notice to vacate? Thats nothing compared to what they did to me. They cashed my check for an application to add another person on the lease, but never processed the application.
