worse mangement possible From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/11/2007 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2007   Since new management took over in Feb. 07. The fitness room is not taken care of, my water bill has incresed 10.00 for no reason.mangement does not answer the phone. maintenance calls are not turned in for repair. only excuses are made why nothing can be done it is blamed on higher mangement. Rent prices are not bad but you will pay for water out your nose, and elec. is very high due to older apartments not well maintained.
