We stayed in Fox Trail apartment for more than 2 year and experienced the service deterioration after management change.
We report the chicken pipe leaking and the associated minor damage to the wood boundary holding the sink, while the service man came and said if they want to fix it, they have the replace the sink. They suggest us just live with it. We are thinking we are going to move out several months later since we already begin looking for house, we accept their advice.
While the problem is when we move out, the management of fox trail charged us about $1000 to fix mainly the damage to the sink. After arguing with them several times, we finally give up and paid them around $900 since we really do not have time to wasting with them.

We just want people know what happened to us in Fox trail when they are looking for apt.

Yes this is a horrible place to live. I struggled with the office when I lived there and that was over 5 years ago. Please do your homework before moving in here and unless things have changed significantly in the past 5 years I would not recommend living in these poorly managed apartments

I had a bad experience with management just trying to lease an apartment so I knew this was not the place for me. Both staff members were rude each time I came to visit and no one hardly answered the phones.
