good but often overlooked From: gandalfrockman@yahoo.com Date posted: 12/23/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   thus far management and staff have been very helpful, apartment grounds seem well kept. The comunity is quiet and peaceful the majority of the time. The access gates have been very well maintained and have always functioned as expected. on move in, everything worked well. They have a washer and dryer in every apartment which is very nice, no other apartments in this price range and area seem to offer that amenity. The building is a bit old but seems to have been maintained fairly well. The ac and heating are adequete, although not exceptional. swimming pool is available although I cannot speak for its level of maintenance as I have not used it often. There is enough parking that it had not crossed my mind until I visited a freinds complex, where parking was scarce. All in all a nice place to live, at a VERY competitive rate. Not the nicest apartment in the area, but definitley the nicest apartment in its price range.
