From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/4/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I moved from out of state, so I had to do my research online and trust the "mamager" of the complex to tell me the truth. My building is one of the several that DOES NOT have assigned parking - (although I was told that there was assigned parking, no one bothered to tell me that my building didn't, which is a problem since I work until late night). Snow removal is an issue, apparantly too expensive to make sure that the tenants can get in and out of the poorly maintained parking lots. (Oh, there are plugs for about every fourth car, if you can get to it - most are covered by snow drifts - so much for the block heaters!) There is inadequate notice of everything, from "special" fees due to site inspections, poor enforcement of noise and trash ordinances, and the maintenance is a joke. When I moved in the toilet was broken, as were the smoke detectors (the fire extinguisher under the sink says the last time it was tested was 2001) - save your money and go somewhere else, the headache and problems you will inherit here are not worth it.
