Kitchens are outdated. The grounds and facilities are well maintained. The apartments could be better insulated from other tennent noise. Management is nice and helpful. Parking is limited in some areas due to building lay out and people renting 1 bedroom apartments or 2 bedroom apartments having 4 cars. The size of the apartments make them a good value. However better enforcement of what can be stored in public areas could give the facilities a better appearance.
