I have only live here for the past year and I can't wait to move out. The Office staff always has an attitude and act bothered when you need something....especially the mananger. The only thing great about this place is the maintanence crew. They fix anything you need right away! They are always very nice and polite! I hate the fact that the grassy areas are ALWAYS muddy! The complex is very outdated as well as the inside of the apartments. They do not have any shelving or cabinets in the bathrooms to keep towels and personal items in. You just have to keep everything out on the bathroom counter. The appliances are obviously the only ones that they have ever had in the apartments since the 1980's. The apartments are not well-insulated at all. My electricity bills are double than what they were in my previous apartment and I NEVER run the air-conditioning. We only run the ceiling fans and we unplug everything tht isn't in use. I have a friend that lives in a different complex with a bigger apartment and always running her air-conditioning and her bills are lower than mine!!!! Parking is always an issue even though we have tags that we hang on our rearview mirrors for residents only. I must say that the apartments are very spacious, but they are still too expensive for what you get. I would rather pay more money and have an updated apartment. Remember....YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!

if the apartments are so dated then why did you move in? obviously you would have known about the cabnets and shelving before you moved.
