When I first moved into Harvestree, it was fine. The space was enough to accomodate me and my small son, even though I felt it a bit expensive for how old they are. They did put new carpet, ceiling fans and a new dishwasher in but the stove and fridge are older than me! I constantly have problems with ants, even though I have had my own pest person come in and help out. The neighbor I live by smokes pot and deals and when this was brought to the manager's attention she defended him. Maintenance does not always do what they say. The pool is terribly filthy in the summer and they do not follow the rules on the signs.

This place is a joke and they cover it up by the pretty landscaping on the outside of the property! The ground around my building has settled and the doors don't close right, the insulation is ridiculous...$80 - $100 a month'' That is wrong...especially when I moved in I was told there would be new weather stripping around all the doors and windows and then not even a month later there was suddenly no funds available for this! 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
