Not only was it difficult to get anyone in to fix the weather stripping (so we nearly froze all winter) but the office gladly took our pet deposit...and then made it very hard for us to keep our cat, even threatening at one point to have him trapped and sent to a kill-shelter if they ever saw him outside. We had a nice, roomy apartment, and the grounds were safe enough for me to go jogging outside every night. But the staff made things very unpleasant.
