I have lived here over a year and have had some complaints but hey it's an apartment people what do you expect; and the staff has always done thier best to handle it. For the square footage the price and location are amazing. The Staff is great. They give as much and you dish out and are great jokers. I am learing that is really tough to find. The maintaince staff are very prompt and always willing to help. The ladies in the front office are very friendly and will always take time to stop and listen to your problem or just chat.

Ok here are the negatives. At times the kids can be loud, annoying, and disrespectful but they are kids!!
There is an ant and bug problem in a few apartments but the staff is working on it.
There is short parking a certian area of the complex but if you can not handle walking a few yards then you are the one that really needs to walk.
Yes, the neighbors can be loud and you can hear them at 2 A.M. in thier apartment when there are screams of passion or anger but it is a FREAKING APARTMENT people!!! (Plus, I guarentee that there are times when they hear you they just do not complain about it!)

This apartment is a great value. I plan on staying here for a while!

I understand there will be new owners in 2009. I would be interested how things are after they take ownership. Please post, because I am looking to lease there.
