We have lived here for 2 1/2 years. It is a unique and beautiful complex. It's not perfect but I have found management and staff to be very accomodating to us. The on-site maintenance personnel are very friendly and helpful. We lived through the reconstruction and it was a pain, but we lived through it. The original construction company did not put any flashing around the windows , balconies or garage walls. That was the reason all the recent construction was going on. My garage no longer has leaks. There are lots of kids playing in the driveways, which is 'not allowed', but it's up to the parents to stop them. There has been at least three differnt managers since we have been there, but that's the way most apartment complexes are. High turnover.
We are completely satisfied. We have high standards, but reasonable expectations.
