Called them on 24 December 2003 @ 10:00AM CST to discuss property availability ? their voice message greeting said they would be working on this holiday eve through 5:00PM. Left my name and number, expressing that I wanted to be contacted that day ? but didn?t hear anything back! Judging by the other negative feedbacks left on this board, I would have to agree that they elevate the customer, or in this case potential customer (me) at the lowest level/and or don?t give their customers the highest priority like they should in such an expensive apartment complex. It?s probably due to the fact that they consider this an expensive ?high-end? facility, therefore this stuck-up type of mentality seems to be pervasive...

There are plenty of other top notch apartments in Dallas and Plano that I?ve found so far to be more accommodating (and nicer). Don?t waste your time here!
