I lived at this complex for a couple of years after the property was built and was one of its first residents. The first two managers were wonderful, but they moved on. They were very courteous, and any maintenance issues were dealt with quickly, effectively, and in a friendly manner. The new manager, Donna Nikkel, was 180 degrees in comparison. Upon move out, she found "damages" to the property, which were normal wear and tear for someone who had lived in the apartment for a long period of time. The apartment was built rather cheaply. The carpet should have been replaced for the new resident since I had lived in it for a few years, and the walls should have been repainted for the new resident, but she charged me for carpet and paint. There was no damage to the carpet and no stains or holes in the walls. This was her way of making money. She pulled the same thing on me that she pulled on the other reviewer - had the collection agency threaten to damage my credit. I have lived in several apartment complexes over the years and have always gotten my deposits back because they were left in excellent condition, and this is the first time that I was charged upon move-out. The property manager was also very rude and talked down to me and other people; I found her behavior appalling and very demeaning. Many residents, including myself, have moved out of the complex due to horrible management.

Parking was awful as well. It was hard to find a space after coming home from work, and sometimes, the garage was blocked from other resident's vehicles.

The quality of the apartments were subpar. My front doors blew open (even though they were locked) during a storm.
