This property was built without any water sealant and was a leaking sivv and HAS, not HAD, Yes, has mold throughout every single apartment in the community. The management dealt with the reconstruction and damage to the residents personal items professionally and as good as could be expected. However, all residents with problems with allergies and/or breathing problems should absolutely be warned before moving here or you will be sick. The mold is EVERYWHERE! It's in the walls, ceilings, a/c ducting, patios, garages, and storage rooms. They all act like it's not there and regularly cover up the evidence with bleach. I watched them do it. The staff is treated like ---- for not being able to lie good enough for upper managements satifaction. It's a sin and I felt sorry for the staff before I moved out. I would caution anyone ever wanting to live in that mold ridden place. AND, they will defend themselves by saying the problem is fixed...it is by no means fixed.

I too noticed mold in the storage room of one unit. I pointed it out to management and they acted as if it were no big deal...happens all the time... "we'll get some one to clean it." It should be professionally treated not cosmetically cleaned.

I would not doubt this is all true, but if it's as bad as you say, why hasn't someone been called, like a news team or something, to come out and press them about the issue? I live at this property and also believe I have mold in my apartment, but didn't think about it being in my walls or ceiling. How do you know w/o tearing a hole in the walls/ceiling?
