Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
Avoid this property. MBS "Management" has taken over. Just Google "MBS Apartment" and see for yourself. Nothing gets done. One year without pool furniture. 3 months to repair serious leak problem behind building. I am told staff and vendors are not paid timely, if at all. Went from 97% occupancy to estimated 50% in less than one year. Used to be a nice place to live with nice employees. Completely changed. All better tenants have moved out.
